Terms of Service
The terms that cover this website. The terms that cover a project are in that project's own proposal and contract.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and nothing else. Work we do for a client is governed by that engagement's own proposal, quote and contract, which take precedence over everything on this page. Nothing here changes an agreement we have signed with you.
What this site is
A presentation of our work and our services. Case studies describe projects we delivered and state figures we measured, but past results are an account of what happened on that project and not a promise about yours. Prices, timelines and scope are not offered here: they come from a conversation and are set in a written proposal.
Using the site
You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for. The contact form is for talking to us about work.
Ownership
The text, design, code, illustrations and video on this site are ours, except where they are not: client names, logos and trademarks belong to those clients and appear here because the work was done for them. Case study material is published with the client's knowledge, and we remove anything a client asks us to remove.
Third-party links
We link to client sites and to the tools we use. What happens on those sites is governed by their terms, not ours, and we have no control over what they publish or collect.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site current and online, but we do not guarantee it will be reachable at every moment or free of every error. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Figures in case studies are the ones we measured at the time and are not re-measured continuously.
Liability
This site is informational. We are not liable for decisions taken purely on the strength of reading it, and nothing on it forms a contract. What we owe a client is set out in that client's agreement, and that is where any limit of liability lives.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. A dispute about a specific project is governed by whatever that project's contract says instead.
